The eastern part of Ol Tukai Lodge is home to several families of an elephant. Writers have described Ol Tukai and the surrounding as “A HOME FOR THE GODS” This Safari will take you from Nairobi to the world famous Amboseli National Park. Amboseli Serena Lodge is set against the magnificent backdrop of Africa’s highest mountain,Mount Kilimanjaro.
Arrive at the rail terminus an hour before departure time, print tickets board the train to start off your safari. On arrival a representative will pick you from the Emali station and transfer you Ol Tukai Lodge, arrival in time for lunch. You will have the early afternoon to relax and settle in. There will be an evening drive perfect to catch some of the more discreet wildlife. Afterwards you can sleep to the natural sounds of nature.
The next day will open you up to the true magnificence of Amboseli National Park which sits pretty on the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest free standing mountain in the world. Known best for its large herds of African Elephants, the park is also the second most popular park in Kenya.
Wake up early for an early morning game drive and then breakfast in the lodge.
After Breakfast, head out for a nature walk and experience the unique flora, fauna and culture of this fascinating ecosystem. Spend the afternoon in the Lodge and in the evening head out to the park for an evening Game Drive.
After breakfast you check out of the hotel and you will be transferred back to the Train station to come back to Nairobi or proceed to Mombasa. Ol Tukia Lodge is a perfect lodge to start a Safari, also a great stop over hotel enroute to the Kenyan Coast.
